FAQ

How long do roofs last?
Roofs last for an average of 18 years in the state of Oregon for asphalt composition shingles.

How do I know when it is time to replace my roof?
Signs that it might be time to replace your roof would include missing/loose shingles, buckling/curling shingles, significant granule loss, dry rotted soffits and soffits, leaks, etc.

Do we have to be out of the house when you are replacing the roof?
No, you can stay in the house while the roof is being replaced. In most cases, the driveway will need to be clear for our dump trailer so we can throw the old shingles into it.

How do you calculate the number of shingles I will need for my roof?
We calculate the number of shingles needed by measuring the square footage of the roof then dividing that number by 100 to get the number of “squares” needed to complete the roof.
