Prompt professional service. Easy to work with

Top Flight and the crew completed a large multi-roof replacement for a property that I manage. They coordinated with more than a dozen owners and finished the job in a timely manner. The project looks great and Cody and his crew demonstrated strong customer service which makes my job easier.

Mike and Derick were great! I had them install new vinyl windows for me and replace some rotted pieces of siding. They found more rot as the went to replace and did a wonderful job fixing those areas the right way. They worked fast and were extremely professional. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend them!

We had Mike and Derek do a tear out the old tile floor of our bathroom. Apon inspection they found rot. They quickly communicated with us to let us know. We had them tear out the rot and then they replaced the floor. Very happy with their work. Mike is excellent at communicating. They were punctual. They finished the job in the amount of time quoted. I would very highly recommend them for any job. Also we used their services on another small job. They sqeezed us in and we were able to keep the time-line of another project.

They were great! Had the kitchen demo within a couple weeks of reaching out even though they were busy. They quoted a two day job and ended up only being a day and a half, so we saved time and money which is always hard to find during any home project. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Michael and Derek did a great job on our various outdoor projects. We needed our deck/stairs replaced, up-to-code railing on our front porch (we stained it post construction) and a new roof on our shed. I was amazing at how quickly they replaced the roof. We gave Mike and Derek some challenging requests, but they were able to calculate and execute our requests.

I had a furniture assembly job that was a little different: two large snake enclosures. Top Flight Contracting did a great job! They were punctual, efficient, careful, and cleaned up afterward. These guys are great! They installed my Uplift Desk, which is no easy trick, as well several other pieces of electronics and furniture. They showed up on time, cleaned up and carried away all the boxes this stuff came in. I would hire them again in a second!!

Top Flight Contracting recently repaired our 60 year old barn style shed door. The door had been sagging for years, wouldn't latch properly and the hefty weight had pulled the heavy duty hinges out of place. It took some ingenuity and dedicated effort but the door is now absolutely square and latches beautifully. Derek and Michael were professional, on time, friendly and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner or contractor looking for quality workmanship.

Funny thing when the sun shines through the sky light in the bathroom...I noticed an outline of water damage on my bathroom floor. I called the Guys...aka...Mike and Derek... at Top Flight to come by and take a look. Luckily the damage was minimal...the guys replaced my flooring and my old toilet in know time at all. Those guys did great work in a professional and timely manner. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a good contractor. Thank you Mike and Derek!!

They built a loft in 115-year-old log cabin. They worked efficiently and well. They had to adapt because of the type of structure I have. They did that very well and I will be hiring them to do additional work. The quality was excellent and exactly what I wanted.
